Hello
I have entered USA on an H4. After which a company applied for me and I have a valid h1B petition
After my new H1B petition , I have not gone back to India.
Currently I have changed my job and applied for a premium H1B transfer
I would like to get my visa stamped with the new company
My question are
1)When applying for an appointment with the US consulate, Mumbai , can I just give the new transfer H1 document . This is because the earliest date for stamping is after 3mths
2)Is there a method of doing an emergency appintment with the consulate for Mumbai consulate . This website has lot of info on Chennai consulate , but not for Mumbai
3)Can I go to Chennai consulate for stamping. I have been living in Mumbai for all the past years before I left for USA
Can somebody please help . Am going crazy trying to get a solution
