Find a new employer who has a job matching your skillset and willing to sponsor you H1B. Give the new employer a copy of your existing H1B approval notice. The new employer will be abole to file a new H1B petition using the CAP from the previous H1B approval notice and request an immediate start date. The emplyer will let you know the list of doucments needed for H1B transfer. You can also check the below link for the list of documents needed.

If you are currently inside U.S in H1B status, then upon filing the transfer you are allowed to work for the new employer (upon receiving the H1B transfer receipt notice from USCIS). But to be on the safer side, it is advisable you join the new employer only after the transfer gets approved. If you are outside U.S, then travel using the new employer's approval notice (with any valid H1B visa) and start working for the new employer.

The chnaces of the H1B visa getting stamped is high if you work for a direct employer rather than a consultancy company. Check the below link for the list of H1B sponsors.
