H4 visa - Application confirmation

Hi
I am getting married and registering my marriage on 22nd May '12.
I am planning to attend a visit interview for H4 Visa on 28th May '12.
I have paid the visa fee via DD
I am now planning to complete and submit the visa application so that I can book an appointment to attend the visa interview on the above mentioned date.

Will there be any problem or will I be questioned of why I have selected the the marital status "married" in advance i.e. I am comleting & submitting now in Apr '12 but, my marriage registration certificate confirms that I am married & my status changes from 22nd May '12

You should be fine. As on the date you present yourself for the interview, what you said in the application will be true. Is there a field for date of marriage? If so, mention the planned marriage date.
