H1B Transfer while RFE Pending

Hi All,

Hope everyone is doing great. I filed an H1B application on Nov, 2011 for employer A, and we had an RFE somewhere around March with a deadline to respond by 05/15/2012.

I received a job offer employer B (10 times better career prospects). I am graduating in Mid may and dont have an OPT (I used my OPT for my previous master's).

I was wondering if I can transfer my application to employer B, while still my RFE is pending. Can I?
Do I still need to respond to my RFE?

Hello Sir,

I have a Question regarding not receiving RFE.

My i-129 Change of Employer petition was filed at California Service Center - Regular Processing and I saw online status being updated to RFE, on 11 April 2012.

But my Attorney has not yet received the copy of RFE.

How much time it takes to arrive the same in mail?
