H1 Visa - Starting Online Store

Hi,

I am currently on H1 Visa and my wife on H4 Visa. We are planning to create a online store to sell our Handmade Bead Jewelry. As we are just beginning, we expect a total sales not more than $200/month. We are planning to receive payments through Paypal.

Can we start an online store with our current immigration status?
Should we need to register a business, before starting the online store?

When you are in H1B, your income should be earned only through your employer (stocks and lottery are exceptions). Any other source of income is illegal. H4 cannot and should not work. It is against the H4 regulations.
