  • Employement Status

Now I am working as a software engineer in India.I gave resignation from my current position and planning to change some other company,it may be in Gulf or India.

One of the employer from US is going to file H1-B VIsa for me.Now I am going to submit all my Docs to the US employer for the visa processing.

    Let me know three things

    1) The same job is needed in all the phases of H1-B processing?
    2) Going outside India will cause any problem?
    3) Employment needed at the time of interview?

    Thanks in advance

    1) The same job is needed in all the phases of H1-B processing?
    >>> What are you trying to ask? What phases of H1B processing are you talking about?

    2) Going outside India will cause any problem?
    >>> It will not cause any issues with your H1B processing.

    3) Employment needed at the time of interview?
    >>> Again, what are you trying to ask? If there is no job with the H1B sponsor, then the H1B visa stamping is not possible. Why will the consulate issue you a visa if there is no job available for you to travel to U.S to work?

a)Submit all Docs to employer in US
      b)Petition Acceptance
      c)Visa Interview

There is some gap in between the above phase.
My doubt is All these phases, should I need the same employment, which I am having at the time of docs. submission.

Employment means employment in India not in US,In US its there.

Your employment outside U.S doesn't matter. You can change jobs inbetween. However, the job in the U.S with the H1B sponsor should exist for you to get the H1B visa stamped and to travel.
