New H1 stamping window

Hi

We have one urgent requirement and hence need details on below query.

We will file for H1-B on premium processing in April/May 2012 month. I understand that overall process time for premium processing is less compared to regular one. My query is:

1). If I get approval from USCIS on the application lets say by End of May or June, Can we go for Visa stamping at Mumbai consultate immediately in June or July and get it stamped from consulate ? Is there any visa stamping window only when we can go for stamping or it is available throught the year and we can get it done ?

2). What is pre-requirement to go for stamping and how long it takes ?

You cannot appear for the visa interview 90 days prior to the petition effective date. Also, you can only travel to U.S 10 days prior to the petition effective date.
