  • No Implementer partner and Client letter.

    Good day, Sir,

    Below is my situation:

    A - My Employer
    B - Middle Vendor
    C - Vendor/Implementer Partner (For whom I am actually working/developing).
D - Is the actual client for whome 'C' develops and maintains the application.

I cannot even think of getting a client letter from D.
C - I am contracting with C but they are refusing to provide me a client letter.

The only option I have is - I have to move forward with B's client letter. Would it be safe to do so or shall I look for another job?

According to my lawyer, it would be sufficient if I show my Time reporting sheets from Implementer partner (C) and ID from Client (D).

I am planning to file it under premium services.
I am currently on OPT extension which is going to expire this year.

Please advise, I am very much worried as the quota for this year seems to be filling up really fast..

    Thanks.

It is very hard to predict. With so many layers in between, USCIS may very well raise an RFE for employer/employee relationship. And regarding client letter, you at least need a letter from C since they are the one you are working for.
Not a legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.
