one question, I've got my divorce recently. I mentioned as single while submitting h1 documents to my employer.will this affect visa?should I changed this to divorce?i dont want to mention actualy.pls advise.

Always give proper information while filing a petition with USCIS or when you file a visa at the consulate. There is absolutely nothing negative about mentioning that you are a divorcee. False information when figured out can have negative impacts.
