H1 Transfer Employee-Employer relation RFE

Hi all,

Last month i moved from Company A to Company B having a petition number, which was applied in PP.
I got an RFE for Employee Employer relationship. (asking for all the 9 documents I9, client letter, SOW, Position Description, Itinerary of Services, Offer Letter and agreement). I have all these documents.

The concern i have is my client letter shows only 6 months and my manger is unable to fill the itinerary of services beyond 6 months.
Will this be considered as body shopping by USCIS and any possible chances of rejection?

Can you please help me out here. I am unable to handle this wait time.

Consultancy is allowed by USCIS as long as the employee/employer relationship exist. This is not a reason for rejection. However, your petition might get approved only for a shorter duration based on the period mentioned in the client letter. In case your transfer gets rejected, then you will have to leave the country immediately. This is why it is not advisable to start working for the new employer without the H1B transfer approval notice in hand.
