Help requested with H1B documents needed - missing one doc
Hi,
Need urgent advise. I am filing for H-1B under 2013 cap. In the documentation needed it says that I also need to submit copy of any prior denials as well as the 'Valid Until' date of the petition.
My company had filed an L-1B for me in 2008 which was denied by Chennai consulate. Afterwards I was asked to submit all the documents to my office. Now I am told that all such old documents are discarded and there is no backup available.
What do I do now? this is the only thing stopping me from submitting my documents for H1B.
Any quick replies appreciated.
