Clarification on H4

Hi,

My 1 year old kid is in India, and intiating H4 for her, once the visa got approved if I change employer here, whether she can travel with the same visa or again she has to go for stamping.

H4 is not related to any employer, it is tied to you. As long as you maintain H1 status, your dependents can use their H4 Visas.

As mentioned clearly in the previous reply, H4 is not tied to any of your employers. As long as your are maintaining your H1B status, your dependents can enter U.S on a valid H4 visa irrespective of the name of the employer mentioned in the visa.
