Is application received stamped in last page of passport and visa refusal is same?
Hi friends,
I got stamped as 'application received' in the last page of my passport when I was refused my F1 visa in Abu Dhabi in July 1998. But luckily I got my F1 visa stamped in chennai in Aug. 1998. Now I am going to India to stamp my H1B visa in chennai with my new renewed passport.
In DS 156 Form, the question no. 31 is "Have you ever been refused a U.S. visa" and "where" ? Do I need to answer "yes" and "Abu Dhabi" , while filling that question.
Please advice and share your experience..
