    H1B to L1A COS

    Hi,

    My H1B is valid till 13th Sep 2012 and my company has applied for L1A through premium processing. In case my L1A gets denied, can I still work legally until 13th Sept 2012 on my H1B?

      how can L1 A possible

      Hi I was wondering if you are on H1 then how can L1A be possible.
      Since L1a requires a person have to work atleast for 1 year in the last 3 years in the parent company outside USA.
