    Hi,
My H1 visa got expired on 12 OCT 2011 & my details are as follows:

Visa receipt date : 11 Oct 2011 ( Normal Process)
    RFE Date : 12 March 2012
    RFE Respond Date : 07 May 2012

How long will it take to get response from USCIS after RFE ?
can i go for premium process ?
Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks a lot in advance.

How long will it take to get response from USCIS after RFE ?
    >>> Anywhere between a couple of weeks to 3 months.

can i go for premium process ?
    >>> Yes and it is advisable to do so. If the extension is denied, then all time spend in U.S after the I-94 expiry date will be treated as illegal stay. Advisable to upgrade to premium and get the result soon.

      Thanks for reply.
Is there any website or way to check the current RFE processing date ?
If i go for premium will my case will be review from scratch (including passport) ?
My passport is getting expired by end of this month. Will this cause any issue for visa approval ?
Can i initiated a new H1B process with a new company , will this cause a problem with my current RFE process?

      Thanks.

        >>> It can. No one can say what USCIS might do.
