221g blue Mumbai Cleared-Submitted PP-PP retun with Yellow Form

Hi,
I am in bad situation ,Please suggest

My story so far
Interview @ Mumbai - 20th March 2012 , Rcvd 221g blue
Submited docs- 10 Apr 2012
Submitted 2nd set of docs -30 Apr 2012
Rcvd mail to submit passport for final processing -8th May 2012
PP rcvd with yellow form -18th May

Yellow form says "Please submit the documents requested below along with
your passport, this letter, a copy of the l-20 or l-797 form (if applicable) and the CEAC barcode
token affixed on your passport to the nearest VFS office."

In Yellow form Other section is marked with handwritten "Further review of H1B Docs".

What is this all about? Do I need to submit anything or wait for CEAC bar code appear in consulate link?

Submit the documents requested in the yellow 221g form. Talk to VFS helpdesk before doing that.

I still don't understand why they cancelled it after giving stamping. Visa stamp shows issue date as14May2012 and then it gets cancelled seal with yellow form dated 16May.
Not sure how much more time they will take now....

Not sure why they did that. Probably they decided to issue the visa and then figured out that something else need to be checked before issuing the visa. Talk to VFS and see if they have anything that they can share. Unfortunately this entire process is a grey area and no one knows what exactly is going on there. All that we can do is assume things.

Further review of H1b docs means are they review here in consulate itself or will send back to US for review?
I believe local review will take lesser time than sending back to US.

The review will be done by the consulate. Only when they decide they can no longer figure out, they will send the petition back to USCIS for further review and revoke if needed. When they do that, they will send you a letter mentioning the same.
