L1toH1 transfer

Hi
i am working in usa on L1 from company A. I have Li till oct15th 2012
Same company applied for me L1 to H1 conversion.
Qns:
1. Can i go to my country for stamping in october itself without payslips(as i am in same company) ?
i have my L1 visa pay slips from the same company
