H4 visa Granted and H1b Transfer

Hi,

I am a h1b visa holder. I am planning to change my employer in next couple of months but in mean time, my wife is going for H4 visa interview on the current approved petition.

If she will get visa based on the current approved petition and guess she hasn't enter in the USA In the same time, I may get my h1b transfer done.

If these things go as I said then Does my wife need to go for H4 visa interview again with new approved petition and has to get H4 visa approved or she can enter with old approved visa ?

I am really confused, should I get my wife here first and then transfer my h1b or should I go ahead and transfer my H1b ?

No issues. She can use any existing valid H4 visa in her passport along with your new H1B approval notice (from new employer) to enter U.S.
