H4 stamping and return query

Hi, My wife and kids have travelled to India and will be attending H4 stamping in June end...but my H1 6 yrs expires on July 29th which will be mentioned on 797 that she will take...will there be any issue during stamping or at POE on return as to why they want to go back to US with barely a month remaining on my H1b?

No issues. They are allowed to appear for the H4 visa interview as long as your H1B approval notice is valid. They can also enter U.S as long as their H4 visa is valid and your H1B approval notice is valid. Their I-94 will be issued only till your petition expiry date. If you are planning to file their extension after their return, then you need to plan their return properly. An extension or COS need to be filed before their I-94 expiry date.
