Hi
I was recently given a 221G green form in Chennai
I was told that salary mentioned in the LCA is not
appropriate with my qualification and experience.So I am asked to submit
a revised LCA based on my experience and educational qualification
I asked my visa consultant and he said the salary mentioned in LCA is correct.
Has anybody been through a similar situation ?
My visa consultant has submitted a query to the consulate asking for some more details... Generally in what time the consulate responds to our queries.?
Is this situation of any serious kind ?
