Hi All,
My Wife is on H4 and wants to travel to India with our US born son. I have an approved I-140 and my 8th year H1 is valid until April 28th 2013. My project is valid until Nov 2012 and is more likely to extend. I have all documents along with Client letter addressing the Employer Employe relationship which cleared my H1 RFE. I am thinking if she returns atleast 6 months before her status expires she will not have any issues
Please share your thoughts of any H4 rejection cases recently and the possible reasons. Should I be worried about her stamping ?
