Question regarding ACWIA fee
Hi ,
My new company recently applied for my H1b transfer. When going through the documents, i found that they had checked Yes for the number of Full Time Employees is less that 25 and paid $750 for the ACWIA fee. However in another place they mentioned that they have 125 employees . Is this cap of 25 or fewer employees for H1B employees or overall FTE employees. Can this be a problem and may cause RFE or even denial ? The petition has already been filed
