H1 Transfer and visiting India

Hi,

I am currently employed with company A. I got an offer from company B. Company B will start the transfer process on 06/11 in premium mode. I will be on payroll for company A until 07/08 and will join company B on 07/09.

I would like to visit my home country, India between 06/15 to 07/07. Can someone please answer below questions.

1) Will I have any issue coming back?
2) What documents should I producing during re-entry into the US?
3) Can I recapture the days spent outside the US in this case?

>>> No issues as long as yu carry employer B's approval notice (if you are planning to work for employer B) and a valid H1B visa and passport.
