Information on 2 H1 B approvals

Hi,

I got H1B Approval thru 2 different companies.

Company 1 is having 100+ consultants and Company 2 is having 25 consultants.

I am interested to join Company 2 for some good reasons. My question here is,

If I go for Visa stamping using Company 2 H1B Approval, Is there any problem in get it stamped as it is having only 25 consultants?

Or If I go for Visa stamping using Company 1(to have more chances in getting H1 B stamping) ,if everything goes well, once I reach the US, Can I start work for Company 2 immediately.

the second idea is a better one but i think u'll have to wait for few days before changing the company for safety reasons and it should not be a problem at all. best of luck.
