After 6 years can i change the company on H1B

Hi,

Cmpleted 6years on H1B my labour got approved from current employer and I140 is in process. My question is can i change to new company this time? and what is process to change to another comany after completion of 6years?

You cannot change unless you have a copy of your I-140 in hand. 7th year extension with a different employer is not possible without an approved I-140.
