Please answer about EAD

I am on H1b visa. My current employer sponsered my GC and i applied for I-485 in 09/2009 . given the recent improvement in the PD I got my EADand AP. given the difficulties in the job I want to go part time, fortunately there is a option. Given my current status (H1b and already approved EAD (not used)) is it possible that I can go on PART-TIME. Please please advise......

Yes you can. If you want to retain H1b, it has to be converted to a part time H1b. You can also use the EAD to become a part time employee. However, the requirement is that you need to work FT after you get the GC in the specified role as your labor.
