My prospective employer started a cap subject H1b process for me. I'm afraid they may fail getting it on time which will cause me to be out of status. For that reason I decided to let my other potential employer continue working on a cap exempt H1b.
I decided not to tell either of them that another employer is working on a visa for me because I may loose both. I can pay the expenses back to the employer I don't go with. My question is:
Will I have any problem with the H1b process if I don't tell each side's attorney that another employer is working also on a visa for me?
