H1 applicant questionnaire

My potential employer's attorney sent me a link to an H1 applicant questionnaire. One of the questions ask if a PERM has ever been filed on my behalf. In fact another potential employer has filed a PERM on my behalf but I prefer not to disclose that on the current questionnaire because it may affect my relation with both employers (still not clear whom I'll go with to make sure I don't fall out of status).

Do I have to disclose that piece of information or I can hide it without affecting my application ?

Multiple H1 Filings

Hi Shervin,

I Had offer from employer A who was filing my H1 and another employer B also made offer to me, I filed H1 with Employer B, Meanwhile employer A had already send H1 petition to Uscis, now i think both have reached Uscis within Cap, will there be any legal issue filing H1 with multiple employers?

No issues. If both the petitions gets approved, you get to choose which employer to work for.
