    L1 - H1 Help

    Hi,

    I have a valid L1 visa which is expiring in Sep 2005 and i am currently in India. Now if travel to US on my L1 visa and my H1 is applied
    1) Will i get my H1 in US ?
    2) Will I be required in India for the H1 stamping.

    Please advice.
