Help regarding reporting manager location change

I have applied for H1 on 25 April around that time my manager was working at same location as mine in US.Due to his visa issues now he moved Canada...in this case do we need to do something i.e inform USICS? I am applying H1 B for first time.

What will be case in interview , I have to inform VO that my reporting manager location is changed n all. Please help

No issues. You don't haveto update anything to USCIS. During visa interview, if the VO asks specifically about your reporting manager, you can explain the situation. I doubt if they are going to ask that. Just getting a letter from your manager will do.
