h1b petition transfer
I have petition approved in 2014 cap ,then i have 2 options either go for stamping and get visa stamped with employer A. but I quit employer A due to no role found and have only ETA case number with me now.(I-200-xxxx-xxxx) from employer A.
Now my new employer has to file a h1b process again with cap exemption option to get the petition approved and then I can go for stamping right. Please share the information if anyone has.
