    H1B Visa sponsorship

    My company has decided to sponsor my H1 B as soon as possible.

    My OPT is getting over on 7th July 2012.

    What are the options available for me immediately?

    Can I get an H1 done this year? Or I have to do an OPT extension? Or are there any other options?

    Please advice!

    H1B CAP for 2013 is already closed. You need to wit until next year to get H1B.

          Is it OK if I file for the OPT extension now, considering the last date on my EAD is 4th July 2012?
