Help ! Chances for h1b visa

Hello all ,

I'm on b1/b2 visa currently ,I got h1b sponsorship job in usa but h1b cap for this year is full my questions are :

1) how can i get h1b visa for this year?
2)If not got any h1b visa, what are the alternative to stay in usa should i COS b1/b2 to f1 ?
3)and if successfully change the status to f1 can i apply for h1 to next year on april 2013 for h1 on the before study course has to complete, on my previous graduation certificates?

1) how can i get h1b visa for this year?
>>> You cannot. The CAP is already closed. You can try and find a non-profit organization who can sponsor a CAP exempt H1B.

>>> If you get admission and if your intention is to study, then yes.
