L1B to H1B

I am currently on L1B visa which will expire in Nov'12 and my company has filed an H1B with COS for me.

Question: Once the COS is approved and my status changes to H1B from L1B, will my salary be changed? Do H1B gets more salary than L1B?

The salary is based on the approved LCA. Get a copy of your approved LCA for H1B and look at the salary. You should not get paid less than the approved LCA.
