H1B transfer while extension pending

My H1b and I94 expires in July 7th. My current employer A already applied for my extension. Recently I got an offer from employer B. Can I initiate H1b transfer while H1b extn is already applied to USCIS?
If yes, Pl advice if one of it gets rejected

Possible. But I doubt if you will have enough time to file the transfer before your current I-94 expiry date. If you can puul it off, then you are all good. If not, the transfer will need to be filed as a bridging petition based on the pending extension from the current employer. If the extension gets denied or withdrawn, then transfer will not get approved with a new I-94. Search and read about 'bridging'.
