H1B Transfer from India

Hi

I am holding my valid H1B visa valid till Oct-2013. Due to some family issue, I have to come to India and needs to continue my job in India. Meanwhile I left the organization but last orgamization haven't cancelled my visa.

Right now I am in India. Can I transfer my H1B visa to existing employer in India? or I have to apply for fresh H1B visa.. Appreciate if anybody knows on this..

You can transfer the H1B to any U.S employer. You are already CAP counted. You don't have to go through the CAP again.

Yes. Give them a copy of your previous H1B approval notice.
