I have a query regarding employment verification for H1 visa:

My previous employer has applied H1 during 2010 quota and the petition got approved,I never went for stamping. In this petition I have excluded my 1 year experience which is in my career starting as the company got closed during recession. That is fine..

Now my new employer has filed H1 petition for this year quota. I have included experience of 1 year which was excluded during 2010 petition filing. I would like to know will there be any problem for this petition. Will USCIS do a back ground verification? Will there be any problem for the petition getting approved?

Can you please share thoughts on this. Thanks...

That is fine. In the future don't hide anything, there is generally no need and if found it can lead to worse things.
