Hi everyone,
I recently moved from company A to Company B and applied for h1 Transfer. I started working with company B once I got my receipt.
I was notified by the HR that I got an RFE and when they replied I got a approval without the the I-94 .i.e., approved under consular.
I was advised to leave the country and go for my visa stamping in the my home country.
My Indian passport was lost recently and the replacement I am told would take about 6 weeks. I have an option of an Emergency certificate issued for a one way travel to India.
How long do i have before I leave the US? I dont have a Tatkal option coz its a lost passport case
Do I go for the Emergency certificate issued by the Consulate General of India? would there be any issues with an ECR travel?
Sherwin/ TXH1B any suggestions? Please help
