There is a question in DS-160 it asks

"Do you have any specialized skills or training, such as firearms, explosives, nuclear, biological, or chemical experience? "

I have very good knowledge in java /java-ee app design & development, Do I need to mark it YES ?

if yes then I have already submitted the application, what can be done now ? My interview hasn't been done yet

I fail to understand the relationship between "java /java-ee app design & development" and "firearms, explosives, nuclear, biological, or chemical experience". Unless you are skilled in firearms etc you are better of marking a NO. This is my opinion not legal advice.
