H1B Stamping after company name change

Hello,

I had my H1B transfer done to company A(.LLC) last year and it got approved till 2014. Recently the company merged with another company and is now called Company B(.INC). I will be going to India this year and will have to go for visa stamping.

Will I face any issues in getting the visa stamped?
The company B says, my petition will still hold the name of Company A, but, they will give me a merger document saying A is now merged to B. Is that enough or is any ammendment needed to my H1B petition?
Anything else I need to be aware of?

I am in the same situation now.My employer says the same thing and he said he will provide me merger document. My question company name did you mention in DS 160 form? This will help me a lot of confusion. My employer told me to use like this "Comp New a.k.a Comp Old" can I do that?

H1B stamping after company name change -Succesful

Guys, I had H1B approved from Company A , recently the company changed its name to Company B no material changes just merly a name change. I had to go to visa stamping . My attorney mentioned to use Company B aka Company A on the DS160. So I did , I had name change document incase VO asks. But When I attended the Visa interview the VO has not requested any documents or not even asked about name change , Just asked how long I have been working and my salary thats it. Visa was approved.
