Client letter Issue!! Please help me.

Hi I applied for H1B in april in premium.I got an RFE cause at the time of my application i didn't have client letter.But later I got a letter from the client.But in that letter they have mentioned me as "Employee of PrimeVendor".Actually I am a third party contractor.Can I still answer my RFE with this letter. or do i need to get another letter.Please help me.

Advisable to get another letter as you are not an employee of the prime vendor. Instead of mentioning that you are employed with the prime vendor, they can mention inthe latter that you are placed there through the prime vendor. You will also need a alltter from the prime vendor stating that employer/employee relation exists between you and your employer and all work get assigned to you by your employer.
