I got call from on my cell from homeland security immigration officer, asked about my position, and said he will be there in one hour to visit my workplace.
what it could be?

Random audits are not new. They would just visit the work place to make sure that you are indeed working there and the information provided on form I-129 by your employer is accurate. They also do these audits if they have got complaints from other employees of your employer or if they suspect the employer of any fraud.
