H1b petition transfer denial..

Hi ,
I have H1B petition approved from employer A but doesn't went for visa stamping and now new prospective employee is filing transfer for that petition so that I can go for stamping and join them once approved .My question is if transfer is denied by Usics then what will be status of my original approved petition will it also be get denied and i will be excluded from approved CAP and next time i file petition it will be included in CAP of 65000 or I can look for another employee and transfer to them if it doesn't work with employer B .

The original petition will remain valid until its expiry date. The CAP will remain valid for 6 years from the date of the last h1B petition effective date. Dennial of transfer will not impact them in any way.

If my current employer revoke the petition even before I initiate transfer process, Will I be able to still proceed with transfer?
