Hi! Good day, I am a Physical Therapist from the Philippines ans wants to sit for NPTE. I tried to apply for Visitor Visa and was denied twice and was told that my employer can apply for H1b. I have NYSED, visa screen and a passing TOEFL score. My employer said that they cannot file an H1b visa for me because I do not have Type 1. I was wondering because my friend from another agency already got his H1b lodge even though he got NYSED and doesn't even got passing TOEFL speaking score yet. Please help me what to do. I am confused.
