I have approved H1B and my new employer yet to join is filling H1B transfer for there project in USA .How long it usually takes for H1B transfer from company A to company B and is there any premium processing for H1B transfer .

Yes, premium processing is available - you can expect a result within 15 days if filed in premium. Advisable only to join once transfer is approved.

Normal processing: 2-3 months (If there are no RFEs)
Premim processing: 15 days (If there are no RFEs)

Dear shervin ,
Thanks a lot for Info.Can i get my visa stamped in Canada as I am on work permit in Canada or I need to go to my country of origin for stamping as this is my first stamping .will there be any issue if i go for stamping in canada for my h1b .
