Hi,

I have valid H1B visa for Georgia, Roswell.

and there is new requirement in Lancaster, South Carolina.

Now to go Lancaster, South carolina I have to get LCA posting for that state.

My role as per H1B petition is Computer Programmer.

Now as per my company Computer Programmer role is not applicable for Lancaster,south carolina after 1st april 2012.


Please tell me company programmer role is not applicable for Lancaster,south carolina as per company to it is rule that is followed world wide.

Please advise me the next step?

The employer will need to file a new LCA and an H1B amendment for the new role.
