H1b Transfer While Amendment in progress.

Please help to answer my following query.


1. Can I file H1B transfer to a new employer full time job, while my H1B amendment is in progress for the current employer?

Yes you can do it. No problem in that. I have done it like this and it is approved by USCIS in premium mode
