I am currently working in US on H1-B work authorization. I went to my home country last year and attended visa interview with company-X and got my visa stamped till September 2013.
I recently transfered my H1 to company-Y and started working for them after quitting company-X. Company-X has notified USCIS about my job termination with them and canceled the petition. I am planning to visit my family in India again this year. Can I re-enter US with the visa stamped through company-X which is valid till 2013 even though I am no longer working for them and the petition has been canceled. The H1B transfer petition filed by my current employer (company-Y) was approved.
