LCA for newly approved petition

Hi,

I am currently in US on L1. My new H1-B petition is approved for 2012 and the LCA on approved petition shows $77k as my yearly wage.But when my H1 becomes active on Oct 1st 2012, what would be my LCA wages? is it as per the approved petition (i,e $77k) or as per the minimum wages defined on Oct1st 2012?

It should NOT be less than the approved LCA.
