Multiple H1B petitions and Late Travel - Please help.

I very much appreciate the help that this forum provides.
I have some doubts regarding H1B processing, I would really appreciate anyone can help me with it.

1. How many petitions can be filed simultaneously ?

2. Can a new employer file a H1B petition when one from other employer is in 221G (Do I need to withdraw the first one) ?

3. Can I travel after 6 months after my passport is stamped ? Will there be any problem if I travel after 6 months from the starting date mentioned on my LCA ?

I am in a fix right now, I really need your advice and look forward to it.
Please can you help me with this.
